Returns-

ALL SALES are FINAL. Please read descriptions and ask questions before purchasing. Everything is hand made by Konane herself therefore she is unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Shipping-

Orders are shipped using USPS Priority mail unless otherwise requested. This means 1-4 day shipping times are the order is handmade. Most items ship free within the US. If not it is stated on the item listing. International packages will have shipping calculated at checkout. You may be required to pay VAT upon receiving your order in your country. Please allow a few extra days for handling + additional 3-5 days for US + Puerto Rico/Domestic shipping during holidays or other delayed shipping events. Tracking will be provided by email once your piece is completed and shipped. We ARE NOT responsible for tracking your package or for lost mail. Returned packages will be sent back at buyer's expense.
